A Buffalo, NY specialty! We slow roast a special cut of beef in our own seasonings, slice it thin and pile it high atop an Au Jus soaked bun and serve it with fresh horseradish sauce. Made only in the Buffalo-Rochester area, the kummelweck bun (often alternatively spelled kimmelweck) is a Kaiser roll topped with lots of pretzel salt and caraway seeds. Combined with the roast beef, Au Jus & horseradish, it is a specialty sandwich that will keep you coming back for more.
